You can certainly get a job as a web developer but if you have not completed a University degree, consider an affordable regular programme that fits your budget.
Getting a Job as a web developer sometimes requites college degree. I always recommend everyone to learn these skills on web development, design etc but I also highly recommend doing a regular university programme too.
